I've always saw Dr *** for my Appts. So Maggie (Marcin was new to me ..but was delighted to meet her n was very explanatory n easy to relate to Plus ..my outcome of the diagnostic Mammo was positively great news ! Was my fault arriving late because horrendous snow storm weather n roads n was happy the very accommodating n nice staff was able to "fit me in" and I was more than happy to know they could ..even if I had to wait longer I didn't mind ..So Thank Everyone there and please let them know they "made my day" n helped to make me feel great! Until the drive home Eastward into a "white out" n continuous snowstorm felt so Blessed n lucky to get home ok n relax my stiff tense body!!

My care at the breast center at St John was beyond exceptional. They were so kind and considerate. Amanda who did my ultrasound was my rock during the procedures, her care was amazing.

Maggie was absolutely amazing!! I had many questions about my mammograms and ultrasounds that my PCP couldn't answer so they gave me her name. Maggie and the entire staff were very friendly and courteous. Maggie listened and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns (which I will say I had quite a few). I am thankful that I went to see her and she is now taking over my health care as far as the mammograms and ultrasounds. She is definitely an asset to your physicians.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Maggie Marcin did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
