The appointment was quite long considering I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor! She is very thorough and I like that!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Stephenson snd my previous doctor didn't send my medical records. Dr. Stephenson listened and diagnosed my health concern and advised me on what to ask my rheumatologist. She is so nice and thorough and wish that I had found Dr. Stephenson sooner!
I think Dr. Stephenson is an excellent doctor. The reason I would not recommend her is due to the inadequacies of the support staff in the office.

All was good - exam was quick and a prescription was called in to pharmacy
At my age and family history of cancer, I wanted an annual pap smear she did not perform the pap smear, she said it is tri-annual, even though I told her that I wanted a pap smear and that that is the main reason why I made the appointment. She was very nice and professional, but now I have to find someplace else to go to get my pap smear.
Everything went very smooth.

The provider was running behind but I was checked on during the wait time, and the provider explained she had been called to the delivery of a baby for another patient so that is why her schedule was running behind. It was all handled very well, very professionally.

Dr. Stephenson Took the time after my appointment to speak to me as I was leaving the office. The very next day she called me personally with the results of the tests. She knew I was extremely concerned that the issue might be cancer related as it has been in the past. This time it was not and the relief that I felt after talking with her was immeasurable. She is a wonderful doctor who cares so much about her patients. I even recommended her to my dearest friend and she too is very grateful for Dr. Stephenson.

Very personable doctor
Dr Stephenson is very professional and attentive and explains clearly what she is doing and thinking. She listens closely and takes her time to make sure my needs are met. I feel very comfortable with her. Former provider elsewhere looked at a computer and typed her note without making eye contact. Dr S gives me her undivided attention during the visit. So I will continue to recommend her to friends and family. And I am not concerned if she runs a few minutes late because she is giving the same excellent care to someone else.
