I always receive good care with all the staff, nurses and my primary care doctor. When I do not see my primary doctor I am still treated very well.

Emergency to get in - they scheduled next day - very helpful scheduled appointment with urologist and offered suggestions- a great experience
. Dr. Potoczak is very thorough. That's why I see him. He listens to be as well as "talks" to me not at me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a primary care doctor. I did recommend him to my stepson who is very ill and he really likes him too! He refers to him as "Dr.Doug".

Excellent care and Information by my Doctor and the staff
I've never had a bad experience with this office, in-person or talking to one of the clerical staff by phone. There is occasionally a bit of a wait but I chalk it up to Dr. Potoczak being an excellent doctor who has seen regular patients that have been there for years as well as any new ones, with equanimity and equal concern and attention.
This was a very good experience, only 5 min. In the waiting room and only a 5 min. Wait in the exam room!
Overall my visit wth my provider was great. Everything I came in for medical, was taken care of and my questions also.
