Dr Ratay took care of my ear canal issue during the appointment, even though the appointment was a general appointment. She explained everything she was going to do and asked me for my feedback while removing impacted ear wax. She also prescribed ear drops. I was very happy that she resolved my medical issue and did not refer me to an ENT!
Dr. Ratay is our family doctor for myself, my husband and our son. We all feel we are getting the best care possible. She makes sure we get the best care possible. We love her.

My doctor and her team were very professional and fair. I am not satisfied with scheduling new appointments, I only received a phone number to call. The problem is to find a specialist who accepts patients in my region and at a time that suits me so that I don't have to drive 1 hour to the specialist because of my health.

Wonderful provider and staff
Dr Ratay is the absolute best . She is so compassionate with her patients, listens to their concerns and gets to the bottom of the bottom of the problems, she follows up to check up even after I've had surgical procedures with other providers which puts my mind at ease and knows how to work with my anxieties. She is on top of all of my yearly needed exams which also puts me at ease. There is no dr out there like her. I highly recommend Dr Susan Ratay
