Patient Experience Reviews
I am very pleased with the attention she is giving to my situation.
Dr. Garrett is always professional and courteous. She goes above and beyond any Doctor I ever known.
Dr. Garrett's professional and caring manner as nd knowledgeability was outstanding. She's the third neurologist I have seen in my long life and by far the best, esp in her explanations.
Excellent
I was late for my appt because of road construction repairs and Dr Garrett said that she would fit me in after the other appts during her lunch.which I so appreciatedshe is an understanding and caring doctor.
Great, do not change a thing!
Great doctor and person
Liked Dr Garrett, hope meds work for me.
She listened to my concerns and prescribed follow up testing for diagnosing possible causes
Everyone was wonderful, kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, and easy to talk to.
We got my medications updated and I'm on a new medication for my migraines that was needed. This was a good visit, I'm hoping the new medication will help. My anxiety has been helped by the changes made during this visit.
The experience with the provider was good.
Dr. Garrett has always been professional and courteous. She really cares about her patients and uses her knowledge to help them.
I love my dr and the staff is exceptional.. It's truly nice to see ..so many other dr offices I have been to the staff are not friendly and many seem so unhappy with their jobs. These girls showed me they cared and went the extra mile that day when most places don't anymore, it's like you are doing all the work yourself. Keep up the good work! I love it here:)
Dr. Garratt is the BEST! With my first visit with her she reviewed my blood work and found what others missed and I was able to start Chemo treatments ***. I am now in remission. Again she is the BEST!
Dr Garrett and her assistant were very professional. ***
My care provider also explained that I could contact her by email for any additional questions. She was so thorough that I felt quite confident about everything.
She is very professional and well-spoken (Dr. Betsy Garrett).
Dr. Garratt was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions that I had. I would highly recommend her.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
