Always takes the time to listen to what I have to say, and addresses my cocerns with clear and concise responses. He never rushes me, is patient, and gives me options on my treatment. Great visit with Dr Spagnuolo, this is my first visit with him as my previous Doctor *** is no longer with UH. As for my follow-up appointment I needed to call back as the system was not responding so the nurse couldn't make my appointment, no big deal as things happen.
