Patient Experience Reviews
Great service provided by all members.
Everyone was very nice & helpful. They walked me to office after I had an x-ray.
Dr. Tisdel was friendly, very informed, and an excellent clinician. I was very satisfied with his physical assessment and plan, and the orders he gave. I had a lot of confidence in him, and he really listened to my concerns and addressed them all expertly the staff was also very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my office visit and was helped very much medically and I anticipate continuing to be helped by Dr. Tisdel and his staff. I could not have asked for a better episode of care.

Dr. Tisdal is an excellent doctor and took time to explain my problem and offered a follow visit to a specialist Thanks
Dr. Tisdel and his staff have always been very attentive to my needs and concerns. They are friendly and welcoming and I enjoy my visits with them despite being there for medical concerns that can be hard to cope with.
Always the best care and concern.
It was a great experience
This was for a second opinion (the first being with a Cleveland Clinic doctor) regarding both my ruptured Achilles tendon and my worn-out knees -- regarding the preferred course of action for repair as needed. Dr. Tisdel was very helpful regarding my decision on what to do next.(which was knee replacement first).
All positive experiences

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
