Dr Eubanks has been my spinal surgeon for at least 12 years and he was my husbands surgeon as well. He's one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. Can't say the same about the clerk at the window. She was incredibly rude. After I gave her my Medicare card. She called me back up to the window to tell me my card wasn't being accepted because the birthday date didn't match her records. All of my many doctors are at UH and I've never had a problem. My husband called Medicare while I went back up to the window to ask what date she had. She had the wrong date because she failed to look at my drivers license birth date. When I told her the date she had was wrong she began to give me an attitude. I've never had a problem with any other clerk at any other UH facility.
I always have great results with my health care from Dr. Eubanks. I have complete confidence in him. He is a smart , honest , and humble doctor. That's why I trust him.
