I recently saw Heidi for a routine mammogram. When the mammogram came back with a concern, Heidi showed me where it was on the screen and guided my hand to the mass as well. She was responsible for getting me an ultrasound immediately and then came back to review the results with me. Luckily, what was detected was a benign cyst. Heidi's care and concern for me is unprecedented and she is a compassionate, consummate professional.

Heidi Goodwin is exceptional. She has an excellent bedside manner. From the moment she walked through the door, she was calming, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained my mammogram and ultrasound results in a way that I could understand. I was so pleased with this visit and with Heidi as my care provider.

I forgot to schedule my next appointment. When I got home I called but due to a computer problem with the date the appointment could not be scheduled. The office followed up, called me and scheduled my next appointment. I appreciated their follow up.

Heidi Goodwin and the staff are always excellent. I schedule for he next year at each appointment to be able to get mammogram and follow up with Heidi at the same time. I have been informed via mail and at my appointment that the office is moving to Ahuja . They are always thorough. Highly recommend.

Heidi Goodwin was excellent! She pulled the drain (Painlessly) after she did an ultrasound to make sure there wasn't a pocket of fluid. She gave me helpful information about prosthetics and a prescription for the needed items. She was also encouraging as we talked about the scar "It will flatten out" and she said "there are things you can do to look natural in your clothes". She was sensitive to my feelings about having a mastectomy and seemed to anticipate my concerns. I left the appointment feeling uplifted.

Heidi was great, as was her student, ***. I was there in preparation for a breast biopsy, which I had never had before. Heidi explained everything that would happen, which made the procedure Itself ;less stressful. And she was delightful when she called me with good news that the cells were benign. I sent her a thank you card, before the results, expressing my appreciation for her.
