Rachel C De Capite is fantastic. The nurses and her team are also fantastic. I see Dr. Stefano for my checkups. After my yearly check up with Dr. Stefano he changed my medication. A few days after the change I was not feeling well. I called the receptionist but did not hear back from the nurses, I called again and did not get a return call. I went into the receptionists office and did not get a call back. On my forth attempt I was able to meet with Rachel and her team and was able to get on a new medication. This was very stressful for me. Thankfully Rachel was there and was able to help me.
Rachel is excellent medical professional. She Is kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. I have complete trust in her abilities and recommendations.
