Excellent experience
I saw Dr. Mansour for a screening *** after my mother's recent diagnosis of ***. I was called by her office on the morning of the procedure to tell me they were running about 1 hour behind, and to wait to come. I appreciated the call, and not having to wait so long in the waiting area. I truly appreciated the excellent care provided by Dr. Mansour & her staff.
Dr. Mansour is very easy to talk to and she listens carefully. I never felt rushed.

I saw Dr. Mansour for a routine colonoscopy at Green Road. The staff was very nice. My pre op nurse Kendra and post op my post op nurse were great. The CRNA did a great job with anesthesia. Dr. Mansour was very thorough and made me feel comfortable.

I was very happy with the care received. I appreciated meeting each of the nurses, anesthesiologist and physician who would be treating me and each explaining what task or procedure they would be performing. I have never experienced that before, but it made me feel good about the procedure I was about to undergo. The facility was also very clean which I appreciated.

My doctor who performed the procedure put my mind at ease by being very kind, patient, and explaining what she was going to do. After the procedure, she came in to talk to me about the results of the procedure. I have already recommended her to some people I know who need the same procedure. In addition to the doctor being great, the entire staff was so genuine and kind as well.
The doctor, team and front office were nice and made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible. Have already recommended to family.
