Lindsey Means is the example of how a care provider should interact with patients. It is impossible to get appointments today but this office must have some capacity. I had to reschedule due to illness and was able to get another appointment within days. I wish all of my caregivers operated like this. The central appointment booking number is a nightmare and most of the schedulers are rude because they have to face angry patients daily who can't wait six months to get an appointment. This was a FANTASTIC experience.

I have been seeing Lyndsey Means for several years. I am completely satisfied with her care for the cleaning of my ear canals for wax buildup.She is kind, caring and considerate. Her staff is also very approachable and kind. I do not fill this survey out every six weeks that I see her because it is so much repetition. Thank you.

Good visit, the doctor was able to identify and rectify the problem. There were some inconsistencies in the after visit summary, but after I contacted the office fire that my chart app they were responded to quickly and corrections were made. I was very satisfied with the visit.

Lindsay Means treats a specific condition I experience. It has been my experience that she will make time to see me as soon as she possibly can and she has always been very respectful and courteous. I can probably see anyone to treat this condition, but I prefer Lindsay. She has always been very professional with an excellent bedside manner.
