Great experience
Dr. Martin Frantz always listens and answers my questions. He is compassionate and cares about his patients. He is genuine and shows concern for my wellbeing.
Dr diagnosed infection and provided a prescription, in addition provided a referral to an Orthopedic Surgeon.
This doctor seems to care about his patients! Would definitely recommend him to other people!
Dr. Martin Frantz is an excellent physician! His assistant, Jacquie makes sure she has all of the necessary information for the examination. Always courteous and willing to listen.

Feel care received was good and professional, but as I only see Dr. Frantz twice a year (generally), I am still developing a relationship with him professionally. He does seem to take the time to address all my questions and concerns, but I do need to explain my medical history at times as it's usually been at least 6 months since he's seen me and we don't have much history working together as yet.
Dr. Martin Frantz has been my doctor and my wife's for over twenty years. He always gives us a complete checkup and reviews our medicines and test results. He always looks for ways to improve our lives. We are both 77 years old and Dr. Frantz has always taken great care of us. I rate him a 5 star.

Dr. Marty is a wonderful, caring professional doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. He did additional work cleaning out my ears which was very important to me. It took a while to solve the problem but he kept at it until completion. He went above and beyond, what he could have done. I will be back without hesitation. Keep up the good work! Jackie is a wonderful helper, nurse. The two work excellent hand-in-hand, almost knowing what each other are going to do next.

This was my first visit with Dr, Frantz, I felt he gave me the proper amount of attention and concern. He knew a lot about me before I stepped into the room and was totally knowledgeable of my health concerns.
This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Frantz. I have no pressing medical issues at this time so conversation in that regard was minimal.

Dr Franz's nurse was very cold and rude. My mother was very uncomfortable around her. The woman in the lab reception was extremely rude. Not the first time in the lab, the receptionist there is awful.
Excellent experience as always with Sr. Marty. always makes me feel comfortable explains things in a way they are easy to understand. Always listens to my concerns and takes as much time as I need never rushes Dr Marty is an excellent physician and University Hospitals is lucky to have him.
