This was a same day appointment because I was having a copd exacerbation. The staff gave me the last appointment of the day which meant I had to wait a little while in the waiting room but I didn't care as the doctor was able to see me right away. Dr. Kappus gave me a steroid shot and gave me instructions as to what to do at home in terms of meds and procedures. *** He is a good doctor and his nurse and office staff are very caring.

This is a very well run office. We've seen the staff helping with registration so patients are not waiting in a long line. They also handle rescheduling in a prompt, courteous way. We really like this office for their efficiency and courtesy. We feel fortunate to have found Dr. Brendan Kappus and have confidence that he always made good decisions on our behalf.

I like Dr. Kappus and have confidence in him. I think the blood work should be done before seeing the doctor. That way he can discuss the results with me. I had my blood work done after my exam. I can see the results on my account, but I have not been contacted by anyone. My appointment was ***, so it has not been a week yet. I also think an EKG and a more thorough exam should be standard. I also think the numerous pages of questions are not necessary.
