We love having Ryan as our son's provider! Ryan does very well ***! We appreciate his willingness to listen to us & our concerns about our son's care. We hope to have him as our provider for the long haul.
We were delayed in traffic getting to our appt due to a bad car accident. I called in and the office staff was so nice and understanding about it. Very patient. Saw us at the end of the day, as that's when we arrived. Ryan Codner is one of the nicest, caring providers we have ever met. We have gone to this practice for a long time and always get the help we need! Thanks!
We love Ryan, he is by far one of the best providers we have met. We cannot say enough wonderful thibgs about him.

We LOVE Ryan. He is just the absolute best!!! Keep him at all costs!
Staff and Medical personnel have always been helpful, answering questions, and help coordinate future visits that will be needed.
We love Ryan he is the only provider we see! He is amazing with my sons and so personable and knowledgeable! We won't go anywhere else!
Dr. Ryan is excellent. He always goes above and beyond to explain the situation so that I can understand it. He talks to my kids and makes them feel comfortable. But most importantly I never feel rushed out of the appointment, he listens to my questions and concerns and answers everything. This seems to be a lost art in the medical field and it's very frustrating. I really appreciate that he takes his time with me and my family.
Ryan is an amazing NP, for all the kids sick/routine visits I only will schedule with him! He is very personable and explains everything so you have no questions leaving. He is a great asset to your guys team!
Ryan is always very kind and thorough. He never is rushing and we appreciate that.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
